We reserve the right to limit the quantities of UNX products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

If the item you want is out of stock please contact us at love@unxessentials.com and we will try to give you information on when it will get back in stock. Alternatively sign up to our newsletter and you will be able to stay up to date with all latest news and product releases.

If you did not receive an order confirmation please drop us an email at love@unxessentials.comso we can double check everything is okay with your order, and provide you with your order confirmation info.

Returns and exchanges

If you realize you want to change your order after placing it, please contact us on love@unxessentials.com as soon as possible so we can change the order before it gets sent out to you. We cannot guarantee that the change will be possible, it depends on the status of the order and stock availability. If we cannot change your order directly in our system, you are welcome to return it to us once you receive it and we will help you make a change.

If you want to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible on love@unxessentials.com.

Depending on the status of the order we might be able to cancel it for you. If not, we have a return policy of 30 days and you can read more about this in terms and conditions.
